Why We Created Lexful

MSPs run on people and process, but the knowledge that holds everything together lives in inboxes, chat histories, and the heads of your best techs. When those techs leave, or a client escalates at 2am, or a new hire needs to get productive in their first week — that invisible knowledge either saves you or costs you. We have been in that seat. We have watched brilliant MSP operators grind under the weight of documentation debt, tribal knowledge silos, and tools that were not built for how they actually work. He has also led data platform engineering and consumer-facing engineering teams across energy tech and gaming, rounding out his experience across data infrastructure, B2B software, and high-scale consumer platforms.
